The pump allows easy installation with a maximum diameter of less than 600 it can be lowered into tanks with the standard opening.

For applications with 600mm access, the pump allows easy installation.

High performance with built in jetting ring allows hard to pump fluids to be handled.

Replaceable Stainless wear parts give the pump many lives to give years of hard work.

The highest output of all of the QuaX range, the 8” Drainer is for those jobs where you would otherwise need two pumps to do the job.

With extra big bearing housing an large capacity volute it has been built to handle large amounts of fluid.

The efficient 3 Bladed open impeller is open, giving it good at solids handling without blocking.

Rebuildable with stainless wear parts, the pump will give many years’ service.

Built with all the other features of QuaX Pumps, replaceable wear parts and stainless wear plates, the Vortex pump is intended for really difficult fluids with suspended solids. Solids cannot block on the impeller because they pass underneath in the vortex flow that is formed.

The vortex forces the fluids through and any solids pass harmlessly under the impeller

Rebuildable with wear parts and reliable on long hose run because of its 3 line hydraulic motor.

Sometimes the application requires head, this high head pump allows that excellent performance.

The very high performance impeller has good solids handling but also high head.

3 line hydraulics for long hoses and replaceable wear parts for longevity.

Replaceable Stainless wear parts mean that the pump can be rebuilt many times.

This screw pump has all the expected advantages in solids/sewage handling of the normal 6” Screw Pump but has been specially designed to fit through a 600mm access which is used on many applications.

The output exits centrally to the pump also helping installation.,

The pump is available with its own Jetting Ring to facilitate mixing of fluids to allow better pumping.

Lifting lugs on the centre of gravity allow vertical lifting.

When fluids contain solids, it is sometimes best to chop them straight away as soon as they enter the pump.   This is what the Chopper Pump does.

Solids pass through the entry of the impeller and are cut up at 3000 times a minute.   The pump makes light work of stringy solids changing the fluid from hard to handle to ‘pumpable’.

The impeller and chopping plate are hardened to increase their life and an 8” inlet diameter helps to get fluid into the pump.

3 line hydraulics and fully sealed hydraulic motor give the pump a long hose run capability.

Replaceable wear parts are available allowing service and rebuild.

This has a smooth profile with a maximum diameter of only 192mm making it easy to lower down pipework without snagging.

Replaceable stainless wear plates give a long life and makes rebuild easy. The pump has a cast iron construction with stainless steel strainer and outlet tube making it ideal for landfill sites.

Say goodbye to the hassle of tangled hoses and heavy lifting. Our hose reel is designed to make hose handling effortless, whether on-site or in storage. Capable of holding a full-length hose assembly, it can be easily lifted by hand or handled with a forklift, reducing strain and improving efficiency. Simply thread the hose in and wind – it’s that easy!

With a cleaner, more organised system, stock-taking becomes a breeze, as each reel holds a single hose. Installation takes just minutes, ensuring a smooth workflow while enhancing safety. Experience the convenience of a tangle-free, easy-to-use solution that takes the hard work out of hose handling.

Rugged and reliable, Quax Powerpacks are designed specifically to power our submersible pumps. Powerful with long running times, the units are able to run unattended with automatic shutdown if problems occur.

Designed for safe, easy handling with fork lift tubes and certified lifting bars, 4 wheel units have a tow bar which latches safely in the ‘up’ position.

This screw pump has the advantage of large solids capacity allowing sewage and solid handling to be done easily.

The large inlet eye encourages solids to enter the scroll, once on the screw scroll there is nothing to block against and they will pass through without blocking.

3 line hydraulics give good long hose performance

Like all Active Engineering’s submersible pumps, replaceable wear parts are used enabling cost effective rebuild throughout its life.

This unit is excellent when a large amount of water has to be used, such as a river diversion.

Built for the more demanding side of construction, the shaft and bearing housing is rugged.  Stainless steel wear plates and replaceable wear parts are used so that even after many years of hard work the pump can be returned to service.

3 line hydraulics allow long hose runs so that the Powerpack can be in a different zone to the pump if required.

Good solids handling with nice wide diameter inlet allows easy fuild entry into the volute.

The screw impeller handles thick sludges and sewage very well.

The scroll of the screw impeller encourages entry and once travelling through, there is nothing for solids to block on.   The entry point of the impeller is hidden to the fluid, stopping debris from tangling on the impeller.

The pump can give many years’ service and can be rebuilt many times with replaceable wear parts.

Available in 20HP and 35HP versions to allow you to choose your Powerpack.

This tough pump is one of the most versatile and popular in our range.  With a maximum head of 40 metres at mid-curve it gives excellent flow at a head that most other pumps have failed.

Very easy to work on, the motor is sealed hydraulically on its own, preventing losing the Powerpacks’ oil into the water.

Designed with replaceable wear parts, once stripped down can be rebuilt as new.

Two versions available, for the smaller 20hp Powerpack we make it as a two-line unit and for the 35hp Powerpack it is built with 3 lines to allow for very long supply hoses.

The two bladed impeller gives good performance with a good compromise between solids handling and head & glow performance.

This pump is a very capable and hard-working unit. Good solids handling and water head make it a very useful unit. Built with two-line hydraulics it is light and easy to install.   Stainless steel wear plates and replaceable components give the unit a long service life.

High pressure shaft seal enhances the ability to use long hose runs.

This versatile hard-wearing submersible pump is ideal for hard work in construction.  Lightweight with high pressure seals it works easily on long hose runs.   Single central lifting handle on the centre of gravity makes handling easy.

The replaceable stainless wear plates allow the pump to be rebuilt for many hours of hard work.

Built in aluminium for light weight or cast iron for corrosion resistance.
